How much is shipping?

When you spend over $100, shipping is on us! (8-15Days)

AVERAGE SHIPPING COST: $6.99 (7-15Days)

Fortunately, when you spend over $100 in our shop, shipping is on the house. In addition, we provide various expedited logistical options, albeit you may be responsible for the commercial express fees involved if you go that route.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are presently running between 8 and 15 business days due to heavy demand. If this has caused you any trouble, we sincerely regret.

Transit times might be extended by customs clearance procedures and local processing periods in international shipments, so please be patient.

How long will you ship after I place the order?

Most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours from one of our regional distribution hubs. On the other hand, orders submitted over the weekend will likely not be processed until the following Monday. If you’re planning on getting your package the next day, this is something to consider.

Products ordered before 4pm PT will be sent the same day. You can expect your purchase to be processed and sent within 48 hours if placed by 4 pm local time on a Monday.

Who will ship my order?

Shipping is done by USPS, FedEx, or any other method you like. If there will be any delays in manufacturing or shipment due to high demand, we will let you know as soon as possible.

At an extra cost, we can provide expedited delivery options.

Can I get shipping updates?

For updates on the progress of your purchase placed with us, check your email inbox within 48 hours. Please check your junk mail in case the message was accidentally discarded, and if you still can’t find it, write to us at [email protected].

Last But Not Least

Please be advised that import taxes may be charged on foreign shipments. Please don’t worry about covering these expenses; we’ll do our best to cover them on our own.

As We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit, it is imperative that you send them to a secure location.

We recommend a physical address instead of a P.O. Box or parcel locker since we cannot ensure the security of your package during delivery.
