Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days of arrival for a full refund or an exchange, provided that it is still sealed and in resalable condition.

Except as noted below, the following requirements must be met for an item to be exchanged:

Within 30 days after receiving the request,

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

All tags and packing must be intact for a return to be processed.

No returns will be accepted without a previous written agreement with Chi-townbbq.

We, at Chi-townbbq, have the right to reject any return that doesn’t follow our guidelines.

Schedule of Returns
You may get in touch with us to request a return or exchange, and we’ll get back to you with the review’s outcome and our warehouse location. Send it back to our return address and we’ll handle the rest. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping.

Please include us with the tracking number for the returned shipment in your response so that we may monitor its progress. So, just be patient while we wait to receive your returned product.

Third, we’ll wait around for your shipment to show up. After we get the shipment, we will immediately begin processing your reimbursement. Your original method of payment will be credited with the refund. During this time, we will be monitoring your email and will write to you if we discover any issues.

Refund Payment

When we receive your returned product, we’ll provide a refund to you within 3 business days.
Apart from the item price, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Credit card refunds take three to ten business days to be processed by the bank. If you’ve been reimbursed through credit card, be sure to keep track of related statements and documents. If you can’t locate anything that pertains to your situation, you should call your bank to see where your refund stands.
All purchases made using a PayPal account will be processed by PayPal and reimbursed to the original account within 1–2 business days.

Please be aware that Chi-townbbq is not liable for any Customs and Duty taxes or shipping costs incurred on returned items that have been approved.
